CLEANING: Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: We ask guests to check out by 11am, you are welcome to check in anytime after 4pm - our door is equipped with a keypad to self check in.
PET FEE: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home welcomes pets for an additional $80 fee per pet.
NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect for a college visit

Great location to UW and U Village

Beautiful house, great location

This townhouse was wonderful! Close to UW and Seattle Children’s and across the road from a great playground. The house was very nice inside and had everything we needed.

Such a cute place to stay!!

We headed to Seattle with friends and were so pleased with this property!!! It’s a cute place with everything you need! From the coffee and snacks to the extra pillows and blankets- the hosts thought of everything!!! Love the rooftop space!!

Excellent Location for Children's Hospital

The property was very clean and well appointed. It's location made it very easy to walk back and forth to Seattle Children's Hospital during my grand-daughter's stay.

Excellent location to Seattle Childrens

We were in Seattle to support our granddaughter and parents while having a procedure at Seattle Children’s. The location was close and convenient. Easy walk to the hospital and plenty of space for family to relax and be together. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

Great stay for work

I had a month shift at seattle childrens and the location of this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk away. This place is a good location for exploring seattle. Has a full kitchen stocked with the basics and the three floors of the house made it nice for my friend and I to work opposite shifts without worring about waking up the other.

University of Washington Graduation

We had a lovely stay near to the UW campus for our daughters graduation. Very close to fun restaurants, campus the stadium and shopping. The host was very kind to accommodate our unique requests and offer assistance during our stay. Great for a small family visiting the University or a student.

Awesome property around the corner from UW

Our location was excellent for the plans that we had: to see areas east and north of Seattle as well as the Tacoma and Gig Harbor area. About 30 minutes to the airport on a Friday morning at 8 AM (not bad). The property owner was very quick answering questions we had. There’s a small park across the street as well as a bus stop for those that don’t have a rental car or are not fond of Uber or Lyft.

The place was conveniently located. I stayed there with my husband, two grown up kids and our service dog. I have just two complaints- 1. The dishwasher was not emptied, and half of the dishes were dirty. 2. There was no extra comforter for the living room sleeper sofa.

Amazing Home near UW

This home has extremely organized & convenient check-in. Parking was easy and accessible to the front door. The proximity to UW and amazing shopping at University Village is outstanding. The safe and secure location was very comforting after our long road trip. The internet was super fast compared to ours in Canada :) The accommodations were luxurious and clean.
