Just what we needed

We were dealing with the estate of a deceased relative and needed a convenient base of operations and this worked perfectly. It had nice sized bedrooms with comfortable desks in each room, and a clean kitchen that covered the basics which was just what we were looking for. Mason responded quickly to our inquiries and was a lovely host.

Other than the 5 stairs leading up to the apartment (we're both seniors and don't do stairs well!), it was very nice and quite comfortable.

Close to airport, Bellevue and Seattle with convenient parking. Spacious for a four-night stay. The one negative is there seems to be residual smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment and the excessive air freshener didn’t help.

Renton Stay

While the place is comfortable for 4, there are a few items that could be improved. There were only 3 dining chairs, the mattresses are very thin and we could feel the frame slats, the towels were very thin and non-absorbant, and it was difficult to tell what heaters actually worked. The owner was great to work with and communications were quick.
