*. Parking Disclosure: There are 3 parking garage: No.1, No.2 & No.3. Garage No.1 is available with a keypad access. Garage is small and only compact size car could fit in. There are many free street parking as well.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($99.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,000). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
