The pictures don’t convey how grand the rooms are. Very spacious for 10 people (5 adults, 5kids). There is a tankless water tank so hot water was never a problem. Mattresses were very comfy. Linen was nice. Play pen, and highchair available. Very nice place. The only reason it didn’t get a 10/10 is because it needs a deep clean and a handyman to fix some issues.

Good property for big groups

It was a good property for what we needed for our stay. The check on process was not good as I never received a check in email. So our group got to the property and could not get in. The host didn’t answer the phone as I’m trying to reach out to them. The property itself is nice. There were quite a few things that show that it is an older place. It needs many of its light bulbs replaced. Many of the lights didn’t work in the house. The light fixture in the dining room is hanging. The driveway is almost impossible to get in and out of as there is a lot of growth and foliage. The beds were comfortable. The wireless internet worked great. Thank you for a good coffee pot and washer soap.

Our family of 12 - grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ages 26 to 11, stayed here for three days before celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with an Alaskan cruise. This house was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms for everyone. The large dining table easily seated all of us, and the smaller dining area was great as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and was also spacious. We spent very little time indoors because the deck off the dining room was so inviting. The lush landscape and pond with the waterfall were gorgeous. All of us enjoyed playing cornhole. This was truly a wonderful place to stay for the start of our family celebration!

Nice but few hiccups

It’s a nice house but needs to fix door knobs especially bathroom doors. None of the door can be locked. Backyard looks so messy. I wish it was clean enough so we could enjoy our morning coffee or something. Front porch swing was broken and we couldn’t use that either. We saw bugs here and there so definitely need some maintenance. We had enough beds for 11 people. Which was good. Downstairs living area and dining area was beautiful to spend whole family together or eat together. Overall it was nice stay.

Our family gathered for our son’s wedding and loved our stay at La Stella. The house was everything we had imagined and more! The location is great…two grocery stores nearby and about a 1/2 mile walk to the Mount Baker light rail station which will take you all around Seattle. Our group had 3 cars between us and we were always able to park in front of the house. The lot is fully fenced which was a plus as we had young grandchildren with us so they played in the yard without us worrying about them getting close to the street. The back patio has several chairs, large patio umbrella which gave us shade and a table with four chairs. There is a small fenced pond in the backyard with a gentle fountain, which made for a peaceful setting. The beds were very comfortable…I believe they are all new memory foam mattresses. Two king BRs on the second floor have plenty of open floor space which came in handy as 2 of our grandkids were too young to join the others in the third floor BR so we had air mattresses for them to stay in their parents’ rooms. There is a BR in the basement with a full sized mattress and a bathroom a few steps away. TONS of towels available for everyone! Our first night we hosted a dinner with the bride’s family and had 14 people seated in the DR. Kitchen has a Bosch dishwasher, a great gas range & 2 microwaves. Lots of dishes, silverware and cups/glasses. Coffee pot and 2 tea kettles. Large side by side frig. We will definitely be staying here again!
