Excellent place to stay at for a short stay. Extremely convenient self check-in/check-out and with the added bonus of free parking. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in town for 1-2 nights.

Basic accommodation: no frills, just a room with a bed and a TV. Communal kitchen. Bathroom is private but down the hall. Very clean and quiet.

The property overall was great. The room itself is good for a quiet couple or family. One thing that bothered me was the bathroom we had assigned to us didnt have a working sink.... Which made it inconvenient to get ready and brush teeth. You pay over a hundred dollars to sleep for one night and can't even use the bathroom sink...

Easy and convenient to walk in and out with the directions the property manager sent ahead of time! I was staying in one clean, quiet room but it seemed like the majority of the other rooms were rented out by one party, who were maybe surprised to see me there and expecting to have the place to themselves. They went to bed at a reasonable hour, but it was certainly noisy for a while in the evening. For the most part, a smooth and convenient stay near the excellent food of the international district, plus easy safe parking and a comfortable bed.

Extra work and stress.

It was good once we got in. The check in info was 2-3 hours late, past when we were supposed to be able to check in. Then the door code was wrong. Communication with the host was very slow. So there was a lot of extra work and stress. The host was apologetic . Inside was clean and well organized. It’s next to a park and museum. The price was reasonable for the area.

We were not provided the exact address from the get go..the cab driver who took me to the property was even confused because of this.i had to pay extra also because of it..ive always had good experiences wd reserving a place and im sorry but this is by far the worst experience!!

This is not a hotel, it’s a converted house with rooms. Bed was fine, room was fine, shower was hot, toilet/sink were fine. However, this was not what I expected. The room was an Airbnb-style experience with a hostel twist. Lock boxes to enter front door/rooms. Must walk into the common area to access your bathroom for most rooms. You also have to be comfortable sending a picture of your photo ID to a google voice number or email (I understand it is Washington law to present an ID before staying the night but sending it to a random number/email is very uncomfortable). I book with Expedia knowing that I’m not going to have to deal with nonsense and this check-in was borderline too much hassle.
