"Love the patio! Had a good time hanging out with new friends. I found it a bit noisy the ac/heat unit. Had to shut it off but luckily I really didn’t need either, the night stand rattled if you put anything in it. But that was easily resolved. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. It was my 2nd stay there. Will stay again."

"This was a perfect spot to stay while you were in Seattle to check out the downtown shopping street. The one thing I didn't like was you could not read the buttons in the hallways for the elevator because of all the red. The room was great."

"Room was good and clean and bar was great. Staff were really helpful and were excellent all round. Sadly breakfast wasn't great. Room it was in was pretty much unmanned and eggs were overcooked and there was no bacon. Choice of continental was a little bit limited. It was fairly soulless and more like a business hotel like a Hilton Garden than a fairly well heeled establishment which this hotel is in most other respects. Location was pretty good, apart from the fact that from one street down, the area was not pleasant and I wouldn't have wanted to be walking around there after dark, but that's not the fault of the hotel."

"When you go in no one is there to receive you and tell you that the lobby is on the 10th floor. The person at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Only one elevator was working and another guest told us it had been like that for over a month. It’s in a good central location and room was clean."
