  • Escape to this house in picturesque Seattle. With three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for everyone. The best of everything in a vibrant area close to downtown and all the great neighborhoods Seattle has to offer. Tons of indoor and outdoor space for you and your guests. An updated historical home 15 miles from the airport that is a perfect hub for your vacation with a Sound Transit Link light rail stop and multiple bus routes nearby. Air conditioning and fast internet to work from home. Close to Judkins Park and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

    The main level has a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room and full bathroom. The gorgeous back deck with bbq is also on this level.

    Downstairs is laundry, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, small sitting and eating area with dining room table with chairs and sofa, and full bathroom with a separate outdoor entrance.

    Great for larger parties wanting more privacy!

Parking was challenging. The home was well appointed. Great appliances! Unfortunately, there was a smell that was quite off-putting in the kitchen. It never really went away. It may just be that it's an older house, but it definitely force my little party to live downstairs.
