Early communication with this host was good. I was told the unit was on floor 2 of a 3-story bldg - it's actually on floor 3 of a 4-story bldg. The pre-check-in process was overcomplicated - pic of CC, DL, selfie - using apps I never heard of.First impression was that the room was clean, but -the hooks on the back of the bathroom door were broken, there is a large crack in the sink, not enough accesible outlets in the room, and why are earplugs provided? We were provided only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and ONE washcloth for 2 people on a 5 day vacation.The portable A/C unit was very loud (earplugs?). On day 3 I requested an extra set of towels for the room. Spent an hour going back and forth with the host, I was finally able to connect with the cleaning crew to get a new set of bath towels and a second wash cloth.On day 2 of our stay I requested a late checkout and was told it would depend on the cleaning crews schedule. I wasn't informed 'No" until 40 min before check out. There is no option for storing your luggage to enjoy a final day in town. Another couple waited 3 hours (until 11pm) before they were granted access due to the pre-check-in requirements.Some nights, people were on the street talking loudly until 1-2 AM.This "non-smoking" property had a lot of cig butts on the ground, and 2 young women came into the shared yard smoking pot. Overall, not too happy with this stay. Too much work pre-check-in, and trying to get fresh towels. Location is okay.
