Great apartment with a great location. Close enough to everything and lots of shops and restaurants and bars close by. Street parking was easy enough. Place was clean and inviting. Thank you!
Darling, clean place in a wonderful location. Quaint old apartment with a nicely updated bathroom. Washer & dryer was super convenient. No blow dryer though.
Safe neighborhood, very walkable with being in close proximity to Seattle U, Cap Hill, hospitals, and tons of restaurants & shopping. Public transit is close as well. Loved having a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Easily and quick response communication.
Thankful for this place in a beautiful quiet neighborhood - it was close to great restaurants, huge bookstore and an awesome donut shop. You should try General Porpoise. It was easy to get downtown from the apartment. It really was exactly what we needed. Communication with owner was easy and fast. We are so happy we found this place.
This unfortunately was a medical trip, but this place was excellent, quiet, clean, great communication and were very flexible and understanding about our current situation. Coming from Juneau, AK this place was very close to the hospital and walking distance to the grocery store. Thank you so much for all your help!

Unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t cleaned when we got there. When I communicated with the owner, they did their best to rectify it as soon as possible. Unfortunately the cleaners were not able to finish by the time we arrived back, but it was adequate. The location was very convenient to Seattle University, which is where my son attends school. This would probably not be my first choice to stay again, though it was not bad.
Apartment is ok, bed was comfortable. The property manager replaced a faulty Nespresso coffee machine when we were there. There is an issue with the washing machine: it dispenses hot water when one chooses cold, I had some woollens shrink.
The main issue is the stench in the communal stairway. When we arrived it stunk to a point that takes your breath away and we were holding our breaths whenever we had to pass through input - no exaggeration!
Great unit with central location. Main issue is that parking can be challenging. The listing said free parking is included but that isn’t correct, the host clarified that one needs to park on the street.
We used this as a home base for a week of medical care at Swedish Medical Center. Great location near the hospitals and Seattle U. Easy walk to whatever we needed.
Had a great time staying here. Parking is free but on the street although it wasn't a problem to find a space during the day. There is a nice sit stand desk with 27" Monitor (HDMI connection) which was great to work from when I had to. Overall very comfy but there is no blow dryer in the bathroom and no toaster over in kitchen (the stove does have an air fryer option which we used instead)
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Seattle. Walking distance to Capitol Hill and the surrounding areas. Many lovely shops, restaurants and bars in the area, as well as a very nice park. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The space is even larger than it looks in the photos. The reservation does not include a parking pass, so you are taking a gamble with the street parking out front. However, we stayed for two nights and had no issue or ticket for parking in the timed area. Otherwise, I believe there is open parking several blocks away. The only critique is that the hallway and stairway leading into the apartment was a little on the dirty side and there was an unpleasant smell. It did not infiltrate the apartment at all, but it is something to note.Had a great experience and would stay again!
If you're looking for a place where you can walk everywhere, this is the place for you! Great restaurants just blocks away and downtown is a short walk.
