"The positives: the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The soaps were good quality and I enjoyed that the ice was available pre-bagged at the elevator.
The staff was friendly when approached but did not acknowledge guests until approached. They did manage to check me in early with no extra charge which was great, and they stored my bag for me after checking out.
The negatives: There are no coffee machines in the rooms. In addition to that, the complimentary coffee service is only available from 4am-7am which is not in anyway convenient. There is a restaurant on site with limited hours.
There are two elevators in the hotel, but only one was working.
I paid for a traditional King room and when they gave me a room on the 9th floor I was excited for a view but I got a room with a tiny window surrounded by buildings with almost no natural light coming in and a lot of noise from the building fans and parking right outside.
The rooms' a/c unit controls didn't work and I couldn't adjust the temperature, only turn the fan on or off. The alarm clock didn't work and the shower took forever to heat and had the worst pressure.
Hotel is in a great location but that's where the amenities stop. You get a comfy bed but that's about it. I also found out when I picked up my bag they have complimentary bottles of water available but it's not listed and not offered unless you ask."
