Exceptionally clean, comfortable. Host responded quickly to communications. Very well cared-for property. The rooftop patio was great with wonderful views of sunsets and Seattle. Lovely.
Family of 4 stayed here. It was superb. Location for walking to market, lake, restaurants, coffee, and driving to highways to go to many places around Seattle was superb. Host wasCourteous and communicative. House was clean and beautiful. Could not have asked for more!

We booked the Eastlake townhouse for a family Thanksgiving trip. The house was as described and in a great location - easily walkable neighborhood and easy access to public transit. It was the perfect stay & opportunity to explore our former home city!
The property was very clean, had everything we needed and the rooftop patio was wonderful. What a great view of the space needle and downtown at night. The location of Eastlake is great, its 3 miles from every part of Seattle I wanted to visit and experience with my teenagers. The reserved parking spot was nice and there are places to walk too to eat, get coffee or even walk down to the lake.
We were just there for 2 nights and were out and about each day and evening. So we just needed a comfortable place to sleep and this was perfect for that.
Easy checkin instructions, parking space was much needed & appreciated, super clean pristine property, beds are very comfortable, great location, one block walk to convenience store. Thank you!

Lovely stay at a really nice place. Pros: very clean and comfortable, each couple had their own space/bath plus extra room to spread out. Terrific location in a great neighborhood. Easy access and reserved parking space.
Cons: lots of stairs, no bathroom on main floor. No coverings on windows in main bedroom so privacy concern esp at night.
We chose this location because of its proximity of Washington stadium and the sail gating expedition we chose to go on. The house was in the perfect location. We did not know that there were restaurants, bakeries, a bodega all within walking distance. A broad selection of things to do in walking distance.
The house itself was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very prompt responding to question and concerns. I will highly recommend this location to others in the future.
We stayed there for our son's graduation from UW. Great location, easy to get to campus, lots of dining options within walking distance. Like other's noted you do have to hike up the stairs to use the restroom. Was bummed to see the couch in the landing wasn't a sleeper couch, there was only a blowup mattress. Not a huge deal and likley my mistake in not reading the description more closely.

Great location but many challenges!!
The location of this townhouse was our main reason to choose it. The host is quick to respond back on virbo messaging system.
The following items were of a concern to us:
- There is no bathroom in the main level where the living room, kitchen and dining room are! There are bathrooms on the second & the top floors only!
- The kitchen is equipped with top notch Vicking stove & microwave, however very limited supply of 1 frying pan and 1 small pot!
- For a 2 bedroom home with 3 beds to accommodate 6 people as advertised, there are only 6 forks, 6 knifes, and 6 spoons! Same number for coffee cups & glasses!!!
- Seattle’s is known for the plethora of superior coffee to enjoy! It goes without say that a coffee maker in a home this size is simple thing to have! Unfortunately the townhome is only equipped with those cheap disposable hotel like coffee maker! Disappointing for coffee lovers!
- Overall the kitchen looks nice in the pictures but very unpractical for anyone who wish actually use it!!
- the rooftop outdoor space has outstanding views of the city! Only 2 chairs!! There is a very dirty sink & water source. very dirty & full of left over painting supplies & brushes!! Certainly was not ready for use by anyone!! Very dirty!!!
So in conclusion we made the best out of it but certainly will not return!
I was very surprised by the high rating given by previous guests of this townhome!! Perhaps they did not need to eat or drink or go to the bathroom during their stay!!
Loved the view from the rooftop deck! Close to downtown but not too close. We were able to take scooters! Beds were comfy and master bathroom was amazing. Coffee was provided. Easy to check-in. Parking space was a little tight but not a problem.
