BEWARE: SOBENY cancelled our reservation late on our arrival night. I found out at the airport when calling to get the check-in code. The claimed a maintenance issue with the property and could not offer an alternate room. My family spent the next 3 hours discussing with Travelocity and SOBENY. It was a holiday week and we had booked 6 months ahead and confirmed twice with Travelocity in the few days leading up to trip. Travelocity could not believe that the property really cancelled, but they did. This spoiled our plans as we had to stay an hour away from our destination, pay more because we had limited rooms available, and use UBER to get around. Travelocity tried to help me as the SOBENY property still charged me and were not issuing the refund. After 2 months, I was able to get a refund for the cancelled hotel but neither SOBENY nor Travelocity would refund any of our additional expenses related to this awful reservation. Buyer beware! They may cancel you at 9pm when you are trying to check in !!! Our family was sitting outside the airport with our suitcases and nowhere to go. Travelocity said they might have refunded my hotel if I had booked through them. They didn’t offer this when I spoke with them that night but did call me about 1AM to make sure we found a place to stay. Awful reservation! Don’t trust SOBENY and the Downtown Seattle 3rd Avenue property.

Do not stay here. Dirty, sticky and broken windows and doors. Loud neighbors. Refund offered for cleaning and 1 night (even though we only stayed 2 out of 6) never appeared. ‘Property manager’ Mason met us outside and I knew once we got into apartment why that was. It smelled so bad there was no way he could have avoided the issue. Strangely he showed up knocking on door 2nd morning to store items in the apartment. No call. Just assumed we had left the apartment. Creepy. Mason confirmed the refund then back pedaled and it never appeared. 2 months later still no refund. While the location was great I warn you not to stay there.

This was a beautiful property and very well located in the lively Beltown district, close to everything and walking distance to main attractions. The rooftop views and amenities are amazing! You get a view of all of Seattle. Mason, the property manager, was very helpful. He greeted us and stayed in touch for whatever needs we had. The only drawback for this unit and the other one we rented is that both needed some attention for broken items, blinds and such. Also, lighting and furniture were very minimal.

The location of the apartment is excellent, walking distance from the main attractions in Seattle. The amenities are great, the view from the rooftop is amazing.

The pictures of how the apartment looked was very deceiving, The apartment is small!The apartment only has one bathroom , the water for the shower would only get warm and if someone had to take a shower after someone else they got COLD water . Also the tub was clogged , so the water tools forever to go down which was pretty gross!Only 2 rolls of toilet paper is provided which sucked seeing as there was 5 people! The couch was very dirty and there was stains everywhere on it plus the mattress for the couch was very old, nasty ,and very uncomfortable. Also bring your own blankets because there are none , we had to go to target to get blankets!The location is nice though and right by a lot of places in Seattle .

My family and I had an amazing stay at this place! Walking distance to everything, spacious unit, clean, spectacular views of the city and the space needle! The rooftop is a must. We also enjoyed the pool table at the lobby. Check in and check out process were easy. We arrived from the airport early and they let us leave our bags in the unit as it was still being cleaned. Bel, who’s really friendly, gave us the tour of the building. I don’t really have anything bad to say about this unit. I would recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay here again!

The location was great - easy walks to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The best part was access to the amazing rooftop. Beautiful views of Puget Sound and even a glimpse or two of Mount Rainier. We spent hours relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the water.
