  • Relax with the whole family at this comfortable home in the quiet residential Haller Lake neighborhood. The house is located a short drive from downtown Seattle's best attractions and just minutes to light rail, stores and restaurants.

    Luxury upgrades include central a/c, Molecule mattresses, Brooklinen sheets & towels and Caraway cookware. The large fully fenced yard with its hot tub and covered dining area is perfect for backyard BBQing and hanging with furry friends.

    The house features 2 bedrooms, each with queen bed plus a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room that easily fits another 2 guests. There are 2 Smart TVs, lots of seating in the common areas, separate dining area, fully stocked kitchen with eating or work space, central a/c and full bathroom. The fully fenced backyard has a patio with hot tub and covered dining area. There is an attached garage that will accommodate 1 car and has a full-sized washer and dryer. Additional driveway and street parking available.

    A pet fee is required if your dog/s would like to stay with you.

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It was impeccably clean, stylish, and beautifully appointed with luxury linens and everything you'd need for a truly comfortable stay. The welcome guide was easy to use and thorough, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Great communication from the host as well.Highly recommend!

Overall Fantastic place to stay, Good location, the house was very clean, Quiet and Comfortable. We had everything we needed including many little extras that were provided, made our 7 day visit very easy and stress free. The driveway easily parked 2 cars. The fenced yard was very nice, private and a fun place to enjoy time with our dog. The Hot tub was perfect to relax in after exploring Seattle. Great gas Grill and covered Gazebo.My family really enjoyed staying at this home. The house was appointed and Decorated very Tastefully The beds were extremely Comfortable, my wife just ordered the same brand pillows and sheets for our bed at home! Would absolutely stay here again, Great communication with the host. 5 star Experience All the way.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable

This was a business trip and in lieu of staying in a hotel I wanted something more private that had laundry and place that I could cook my own meals for the week. This home was clean bright and fresh and I highly recommend. I will definitely be staying there again on my next business trip into Seattle.

Great Stay in Josie’s Guesthouse

We booked this house to celebrate our son’s graduation from the University of Washington. It was a great home base for the weekend’s festivities. The close proximity to the Shoreline Light Link rail station made it super convenient to get to Husky Stadium. The house is cute and clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

Family Getaway

Perfect house for our family of 4 and yellow Lab. The house was very clean and well decorated with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. We were close enough to the city where we caught a ball game at T-Mobile park. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect for family and pets - easy to navigate

Very comfortable stay

We were delighted by this home, it lived up to its description. The home felt like someone’s actual home with thoughtful furniture, items and linens, not just a rental. Home away from home.

Well appointed home, comfortable, clean and safe. I stayed for a week ad didnt gwt to enjoy the home as much as I would have liked. It was close to everything and had great restaurant recommendations. Neighbors are friendly and quiet...watch for the adorable corgis that get walked every day! I will definitely stay again!

Wonderful cozy home

Home is clean and has everything you would need for short and long term stays. The house was exactly as described and in a quiet/friendly neighborhood. Many neighbors are out walking dogs morning and night. We loved that both back and front yard is fenced and plenty of parking. Joyce was a wonderful host and very responsive. Perfect Seattle Cottage

Just had a fablous stay at this great cottage! My 25yo son and I stayed to visit my other son and grandkids. Was in a great neighborhood, convenient to the Northgate Station and Freeway. Home was immaculate, plenty of linens and kitchen items for all your needs. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of closet space. Hosts are wonderful! I hope this perfect home will be available for our next visit!!!

Perfect Place for Us

My wife and I love this house and will more than likely return. We liked the quiet neighborhood location and appreciated the privacy and cleanliness in addition to the quality of the bedding, towels, kitchenwares and furniture. My only minor issue was sound reverberation from the central air fan in the back corner bedroom. More of a white noise than anything else. Overall, our experience here was very pleasant! This is the best house we have ever rented.

Home away from home!

This property is amazing! Clean as can be, beds are beyond comfortable. Shower is wonderful! Perfect for pets. We traveled with our 2 small dogs and both the back yard and front yard are fenced. The hosts are incredibly kind and we had great communication. They have not forgotten a thing in this home to make your stay comfortable. Everything is there as far as kitchen tools and cooking equipment. Cozy quiet neighborhood. Good location! We will stay again in the future. What a great experience!
