About this property

Cozy 3BD 2BTH unit min to Seattle and airport with Air Conditioner.

  • Three bedroom guesthouse near airport. Welcome to Normandy Park 3 bedroom home in our private back yard. Very convenient location 2ml to the airport and 15ml to Seattle. Next to mono rail and all freeways. Minutes from Southcenter shopping mall. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

    The space
    House is on a private backyard property, walking distance to shopping center, restaurants and coffee shops. 5min away from airport, 15 miles to Seattle, close to the freeways.

    Guest access
    It is a separate guest house on our back yard on top of our garage. You can enjoy the big backyard and a nice balcony.. To get there you will drive through our driveway passing by our house on the left, go all the way to the end and park on the right side of the house. I will give you key less code on the day of arrival.

    Other things to note
    There are 3 beds in the house, one in each bedroom and you can use air mattress (that is located in master bedroom closet) in the living room for sleeping extra people.
