Tucked away at the western edge of north Beacon Hill, this upstairs apartment -unit A - could serve well as a base for someone with business in SODO or south Seattle. Quiet neighbors, in a pretty noisy locale above I-5 and the Beacon Ave South Greenbelt, with modern vinyl windows that keep it quiet inside. There’s parking, a plus for Seattle listings. Great water pressure in the shower. There’s just enough equipment to reheat or prepare food, but the microwave wasn’t working during our stay, and a baking sheet and larger mugs would be helpful. Be careful if you use the cadet heater. There are curtains right in front of it. Comfortable bed with nice bedding and pillows, our main need.

Great location for seeing a less touristy, but very charming part of Seattle. Close to Beacon Hill light rail station. One stop away from Columbia City and a short drive to Georgetown. The bed was comfy, and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook in. Great place if you need to get away from the Seattle crowds. Parking was available right in front of the building. I felt safe when I had to check in late. Perfect spot for my two day trip.
