Housekeeping didn't come into our room on the second day and clean. We had to put in a complaint. Also we were able to hear the customers in the next room. They kept us up most of the night with loud voices and slamming of the door. We had to be at the airport shortly after 7, the customers next door woke us up at 3 am.

We were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. When we arrived we were told there were no more rooms with a king sized bed. How does that happen?? Also we had only decafe coffee in our room, so i had to get dressed right away and go down to the front desk to get normal coffee. Finally we found out that there was no free breakfast!!! All of the other lodgings at the airport provide a free brrakfast WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A MARRIOT COURTYARD LOCATION!!

This is a great hotel for meetings near the airport. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. Araceli at the front desk warm and welcoming. Shuttle drivers very willing to take you anywhere in the area. Rooms are nice and quiet and have shades to induce good sleep.

Very clean with big rooms. Fine for an airport hotel. I did contact the hotel to ask some questions about the airport shuttle but never heard back. Otherwise the hotel is fine for a quick visit in transit. A few minutes drive to SeaTac Airport.

We accidentally took a shuttle to the Marriott vs Courtyard and the Courtyard was kind enough to pick us up at the Marriott and brought us to the correct hotel. Both the driver and the front desk associate were very kind and professional. We appreciate the great service! Rooms were very nice as well

It is a safe, quiet, cleaning hotel. Front Desk is very helpful and friendly. The hotel have a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. I recomend this hotel because very close to airport.

Location was hard to find at first, a bigger sign for the location entrance would be helpful but overall a wonderful stay. Staff was AMAZING, parking was great and not too expensive, rooms were LOVELY and I will definitely be staying again in the future. Pricing was also excellent!

First time my experience no one in the reception desk for checking , I have to wait almost 15 mins check in and the front desk guy was not friendly. Elevator broke down next day, have to hold all the luggage go for the stair with no staffs help or apologize the inconvenience. The room is pretty big and renovated nicely .
