Perfect size for visitors coming to sightsee. Has amenities needed. Kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer etc. Location is walkable from public transport and to tourist sights or taking monorail, light rail, bus or Uber or Lyft etc. Based on rates we saw for other locations, this is worth it. Helpful and understanding owner.

Good location, and walkable to a number of attractions. Only downside was access to the property. You have to go up a number of steps, and then down a full flight of steps, which was is not easy with heavy bags, or mobility issues. This perhaps needs to be spelt out in the property description.

Excellent choice for a trip to Seattle!

Great location, amenities, and host (extremely communicative and overall pleasant to talk to). Close to monorail, light rail, and a bunch of bus routes! Location felt super safe and there is an excellent doughnut shop just a few feet from the apartment’s entrance - can’t be beat!

Our first trip to Seattle

The condo was perfect. We spent a lot of time out and about so we didn’t utilize all the features of the condo, but it was a nice comfortable bed a place to have quiet dinner together with food that we got for takeout. It really made our experience in Seattle. Great having a nice convenient place to stay.

Great Stay

The only issue with this location is that the street it is on is loud all the time. I recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it’s great. It is located in walking distance to so many things and public transportation stops.

Real downtown experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, the owner gave clear instructions (though parking was a little up in the air), and if you're curious about living in urban SEATTLE, stay here. The team was right outside our door and effrontery was within walking distance. Top Pot is right next door, and Uniquelo is less than 3 blocks away. ,

Great space in a cool building.

I have a soft spot for brick buildings, and this was a neat space in a cool building. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is some road noise - but that is part of being in a spot that has great access to Belltown and the surrounding area.

Great location

This was a great location for access to Seattle sights. We mostly walked, but also used the transit system. Lots of places to choose for eating. A short walk to Pike's Place Market and a coffee shop next door. The place was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This was just perfect for our stay before a cruise. We spent a couple of days exploring Seattle, which is a beautiful city. The condo was centrally located, with a great breakfast spot across the street, Midtown Espresso. Top Pot Doughnuts was nextdoor, and we ate at a great Irish Pub, just a few blocks away. I would stay here again at a future visit.

Beautiful condo with a great location!

This cute condo was very clean, and updated! We loved staying here! The owner was very responsive, and the location is literally walkable to anything you would want to see in the city! I would recommend this condo to anyone! I hope we can come back one day!

Great location

This location is fantastic, close to everything you want to see in Seattle. The building seems secure. It is an older building so expect noise and smells to come from adjoining units. It’s suited our need for a one night stay while traveling. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind.
