Welcome to our newly remodeled 2-story house in North Capitol Hill! This modern retreat features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and style in the heart of Seattle. Gather in the spacious living room or around the large dining table seating 10, and enjoy easy access to shops, cafes, bars, and Downtown Seattle. Volunteer Park is right across the street!

Parkside in Capital Hill

Our family had a large reunion and this home allowed my sisters, spouses, and next gen to all stay together near our family that already lives in Cap Hill. The location made walking/uber so easy and amazing.

Cute and clean

Over all impression was this was a very nice stay. Close to nice parks and a very quiet neighborhood that is centrally located with quick access to downtown. FYI-we had to keep our hand towels on the floor due to no where to hang them. No ice, no instructions for the microwave/air fryer, needs throw blankets, killed two med. sized spiders, lots of cobwebs on front step hand rails, windows are bare and could use shades and curtains for privacy and curtains for sleep. Could use regular sugar and creamer packets. Only fyi, the stay was still 5 stars!! Thank you.

Great house in a great neighborhood with street parking and close to everything. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and checked on us via messaging to make sure things were going well!
