This unit is just around the corner from Washington State Convention Center and is located 2 mins away to Seattle Public Library-Central Library, 5 mins to the Beneath the Streets, 6 mins to The Seattle Great Wheel, 5 mins to Pier 55, 4 mins to Frye Art Museum, 1 min to different Parks, 11 mins to Mt Baker Beach, and 3 mins away from different restaurants nearby. It's also 18 mins drive away from Seattle Children's Hospital, less than 6 miles.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two twins in the second, a pull-out couch, and a folding futon in the living room - which makes this unit comfortably host up to 5 guests!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The unit also includes high-speed WiFi, a TV with Hulu, Netflix, prime video, peacock access, and a parking spot that can be used during your stay!

Great location
Great location. We were here for vacation. We could walk to the market. It's easy to take the bus up to Broadway, down to the waterfront, or to the Space Needle. The rooftop is small but has a nice view of the city. We walked to the monorail. Leave extra time to get the key. We had to go to the QFC and find the Key Cafe, which added time to our already late-night arrival. There are many restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable. Close to the hospitals and the convention center. Parking is super tight but has a dedicated spot in the garage.
