Wonderful House!

Awesome stay in Woodinville
This house is incredible. Loved having king/queen beds in the rooms. The space was clean and exactly as expected from listing. The location is fantastic for short drives to most wineries. Kitchen was well stocked (only thing we couldn't seem to find was a cutting board?) The game room and hot tub make this a great getaway for a friends weekend. Whenever staying in Woodinville, we'll definitely try to stay here again!

Fun House
Fun was had by all! Pre-holiday family gathering. The house was a big hit with the family! It's big enough for our 7+. (6 adults 1 infant & 1 dog) Loved the covered patio with fireplace. The whole deck area was well used, the spa, barbecue and all. It has lush, green surroundings and a view of the lake too! The gameroom was unique and well used too. Football on the big screen was very cool while playing games. Kitchen was sufficient as we cooked daily. All beds were very comfortable with the acception of the queenbed. The mattress is ready to be replaced as it sinks to the middle. So glad to have the garage as it really saves you from dragging pine needles in your vehicle. But know that it is only deep enough for smaller vehicles. Our Lexus NX350h fit. It's rated a compact at 184" long like a Honda CRV and you can't open the hatch when you close the garage door. The house is located close enough to Seattle to enjoy the city and access the airport. The few cons we had stemmed from old information advertised by the rental company, Envovle. An update is necessary. We were never able to access the WiFi due to incorrect information. Also the information for the care taker is incorrect. And TVs up stairs were not accessable. They need some instructions. Overall we loved and enjoyed our gathering and would return.

Wine excursion
House was great with plenty of room. There were only 4 of us with lots of room to spare. Great place for a family. Close to many wineries and other attractions. House is in a beautiful area. Some things could use some tlc but nothing major. I would ask the neighbours if they would be willing to cut bottom branches on trees so the lake can still be seen from the house.

House was very comfortable but could have been cleaner. Oven was discussing unfortunately. Need more hand towels and larger drinking glasses. We had 6 people and not enough water glasses. Weather was rainy so we were not able to enjoy outside. It looked very nice though. Overall it was a nice visit.

Great place
Very nice and comfortable home for our family of 6. Bonus/game room was a lot of fun as well as the hot tub. Nice grill and all you need in the kitchen. Sonos stereo was easy to connect to and gave us music outside and throughout the house. Only drawback was lack of AC except the master bedroom. We caught a unseasonably hot week so bedrooms were hot at night.

Perfect for family or friends
Location is ideal for days/night out in Woodinville wine district. Really convenient to just about everything in Woodinville. We had a great time staying here while our hardwoods were being refinished. We had so much fun in the game room and sitting in the hot tub enjoying some wine!

Weekend stay for wedding
We loved having a home base to “land” with our grand girl and her parents! The rec room was a big hit for everyone especially with the rainy weather! Loved the kid toys and ability to put “toddler tv” on the big screen while the rest of us golfed!

Awesome Stay
This is an amazing place and has so much to offer. A great lake view, fire pit , hot tub, game room. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens. Plenty of comfortable seating and space for people to spread out if needed. We are already looking at other dates to stay here.

Great vacation rental
This house was very spacious. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the game room upstairs made it such a fun weekend. We were 7 women who get together every year for a My Favorite Things Holiday weekend. The firepit outside was super relaxing. The manager was awesome. It snowed about 5 inches overnight and we weren’t sure how we were going to get our cars out of the driveway. We were very grateful that he came over and shoveled the driveway for us without us asking for help. It is a short but steep driveway. He was super nice and friendly. All in all is was a great visit. We would stay there again. My only comment is that this house gets a lot of use… and didn’t feel super clean. The showers had pink slime and the master was a little moldy. The beds & kitchen however felt super clean. I am just used to a cleaner house…. But they made up for it with such a nice the manager and shoveling the driveway for us. It was a fantastic weekend!

Beautiful retreat in the woods
We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving here that was really relaxing. The house and backyard were large enough that everyone had plenty of space from the baby to the grandparents to the dog. There was even a pack and play on one of the closets that turned out to be a lifesaver.

This property was spacious, clean, easy to check in to, is on a huge lot, in the trees near Lake Leota in Woodinville! Here’s what we loved: Room for our entire family Clean The outside seating area was awesome. Comfortable beds and pillows Wonderful game room Plenty of seating inside and out Plenty of parking for multiple cars Stress free entry Love the walk in pantry! Valuable book of to do’s and don’ts A beautiful house with a very A/C friendly master suite! Here’s what we would like to see more of: Standing fans in every room including bedrooms, office, game room, living room and rec room. With the weather being in the low to mid 90’s and no breeze on Friday and Saturday it was incredibly hot upstairs especially at night when sleeping . We had beautiful shutters on the windows but no screens on the windows when opened. Kept windows open at night but would keep bugs and bats out if the screens were on the windows. We found them stacked in the garage as we were leaving. Air conditioning would be ideal for the house. As we are a family who cooks and has breakfast in…. a sharpened knife set and replenished utensils would be great! Overall we loved the house and it was perfect for us as a family Kim Tunison

Wonderful Stay in Woodinville
My friends and I rented this beautiful house for a birthday weekend getaway. It was a great stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and fenced in yard as well as the kitchen and entertainment room. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, we cooked lots of good food. The communication with the host and property management was sufficient. All in all a wonderful weekend. We all talked about staying here again next year!

Our family enjoyed the game room and played many games of pool over our two day visit. The hot tub was put to good use as well. Beds were comfortable and the location is a plus for visiting Woodenville’s many wine tasting rooms.

Very nice property with big king sized beds. Cleaning service could be updated. Overall had everything we needed including pack and play, high chair, AND a stroller! Made our travel stay so pleasant…w infant. It was over 90 degrees so it was HOT and A/C window unit only in master….could be updated with either central A/C or more window units. Either would have taken this property to a 5 star rating….! Wonderful….owners were very responsive.

Our family could not have had a nicer Thanksgiving. The back area of this home is the best with hot tub, covered patio w/ fireplace and overhead warmers that make it cozy to hang out and enjoy the lake view regardless of the weather. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future! Cheers.

The house is perfect for family gathering. Minutes from the tasting rooms in town, but really no reason to leave the house. Oversized outdoor deck with patio furniture to include wrought iron table and chair set, bar height Adirondack wooden rocking chairs, oversized hot tub, and a great outdoor wood-burning fireplace with wicker sectional couch, protected from the rain by rustic cedar canopy with chandelier light fixture. Dimmer switches on almost all the lights and an outdoor sound system with Bluetooth connection. All this, and then upstairs a sports bar/ rec room to rival your local pub: pool table, shuffle board, big screen projection TV, 3 LazyBoy recliners, and a killer sound system. Great big yard with outdoor fire pit and remote view of the lake. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful trees providing backyard privacy.

Relaxing Time!
My family enjoyed their stay at this property, as it's a relaxing, convenient location. You should be aware that you will need to bring wash cloths, as the owner only provided 2 wash cloths for our family of 8 to share apparently...weird. There was no metal spatula for the BBQ grill...only plastic ones that would have melted. Also be warned that if you plan to stay during hot weather, there is only one window A/C unit. But overall, we would book this place again! Thanks!

It was the most serene spot. The stay was great, the neighborhood was beautiful and the house was everything we could have asked for. Check-in to Check-out was smooth and simple. My only 'complaint' was the master bath could have been cleaned a little bit more thoroughly. But literally everything else was AMAZING. We could have sat on the back porch all day long. I would absolutely recommend this property to any one travelling to that area. It was everything and more.

Pros - the outdoor living space is fantastic. The fireplace and hot tub were wonderful features! Also they let us check in early on Friday which was very much appreciated. Cons - the house could use some updating and cleaning inside. It’s just wasn’t as luxurious as the photos made it seem. The kitchen was also smaller than expected and wasn’t as stocked as we like it to be. There was also a lot of leftover stuff in the fridge and pantry which made the house have a “lived-in” feel as opposed to a vacation rental feel, which we prefer. The game room was cool but there were only a few places to sit up there so it wasn’t really comfortable and we didn’t use it as much as we would have if there was a sectional up there. All in all it was fine but we won’t be staying there again and if you’re looking for something special and with a bit more luxury, I recommend you keep searching.

Such a great house for a nice relaxing fun weekend away. The wineries are close and the house is a blast. The hot tub, shuffle board and pool table... we didn’t need to leave all weekend!

Family Reunion
My sister turned 60 in January so we rented this property as it had the space we needed with 4 bedrooms and plenty of hang out areas. We had a great time. The game room was a huge hit as we had shuffleboard and dart tournaments with all of us. The elliptical machine was great and a few of us got in a workout. We cooked amazing ribeyes on the grill and prepared many delicious meals. We all loved hanging out on the covered heated outdoor seating area while enjoying a fire. We plan to rent this house again in the future.

The house was wonderful and nicely spread out. We were lucky enough to spend a lot of time on the covered deck with the heater and fireplace. Very cozy. Peaceful area and great access to all of the wonderful wine tasting rooms in the area. We were able to get in a little early which helped us out. Ubers and Lyfts are available without a lot of wait time. House was nicely stocked (we had two chefs with us. lol). I'm already planning a trip back!

This house was so well designed with so many great gathering areas. We were in town for our daughters wedding. The only thing frustrating is the house screams ...Partee!!!! But owners are very strict about a gathering of any kind so we weren’t able to take advantage of all the amenities there. Nearby manager was a sweetheart. We would live to come back! Great house!

Wonderful Stay
I stayed here for my birthday weekend with 3 other couples (total of 8 adults) and had an amazing time. The house is awesome and the backyard absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The outdoor fireplace and couches were so fun to hang out at. I had a couple questions prior to our stay and the property manager got back to me immediately. The game room upstairs was incredible and we loved watching football on the huge projection screen as well as playing pool. I would definitely come back again!

Great House and layout. Worked perfect for our stay! Not as clean as we expected & we had to clean!
Beautiful setting, beautiful home. Worked out very nice for our needs and enjoyment! Enjoyed all the amenities...game room, hot tub, deck seating area with heater! Needed to be cleaned by us upon arrival! vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down counters, etc.

Wine Country Wedding Reception Headquarters
This property was a perfect location for our friends to stay before our Wedding Reception at EFESTE Winery (Fantastic WInery BTW). Eric was easy to work with and was accommodating with our early check-in request. The house has a built-in wine cooler in the dining area and there are 2 refrigerator/freezers which was great for food & drinks. A huge positive for us was the Sonos system built into the house. We loved it. Log into your Spotify Account and you have your music playing in your preferred location. The sound system upstairs was really nice as well in the game room. The beds were all comfortable along with their linens. The Master has an A/C unit too. The back deck area around the fireplace is fantastic. Bring some extra firewood and firestarter because you will not want to leave this area and 5pcs is not enough firewood! Beautiful partial view of the lake as well from this location. The kitchen amenities can use a little help but Eric was very receptive to our feedback and he advised he would address the small issues we brought up. If you are looking for a quiet tranquil place to stay that is conveniently located to Woodinville, I suggest that you rent this place!
