Dear Michelle,I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Our office is open late but we do close the office after 1am. I personally checked the room after you left and checked for the hot water and it was coming perfectly fine. I wish you had mentioned during your stay so we could have troubleshooted the problem while happening. We recently changed the water heater so there is no reason for hot water not to come. Unfortunately some guests likes soft or hard pillow so it is hard to please everyone and same goes with mattress. Once again I am sorry your stay was not enjoyable.

Dear Danielle,We are aware we do not have ice machine and we are not planning on putting anytime soon. We do not advertise anywhere we offer free ice. There is store across the street which sells ice. Elevator is service each month and it works well.

Hi, We are sorry you were unhappy with your room. We have updated room photos most recently and I am not sure of which pictures you were looking. We have posted multiple photos of the rooms. I wish you had address the issue during your stay so we could have made your stay more comfortable.

Hi Dung, We are deeply sorry for the room issue. I wish you had brought it to our attention during the stay so we could have changed the blanket and also fix the lock issue. Our front desk staff is professional and only smoke cigarettes on the job. We hope you do give us another opportunity to serve you better experience next time.
