"There was raw sewage above ground in the side yard of the purple house that we discovered Sunday morning before our departure. See attached. This is not only unacceptable but a health hazard. We had young children with us and picked this property because of the yard for them and our dog. Now we have the worry one of them may have picked up some bacteria from being in this yard. We just thought the overgrown grass was an issue until we realized what it was hiding.Although the fence is new and looks good, only the gates around the blue house actually latch properly. The driveway gates to the purple house do not latch at all and the entrance gate to the purple house is a major struggle to latch because it's not level, same with the gate connecting the yard. Not safe for parties with children and dogs. We were constantly worried someone would get out.There is a major termite infestation in the purple house, they are everywhere.On a lighter note, you should provide additional hooks or racks for guests to hang their towels on so they can reuse them, more than one hand towel for the bathroom would be nice, consider adding a mirror in each bedroom. "
