"The inside of the house was in good condition. The kitchen and bathrooms were done well. Overall definitely good for the cost. Biggest concern was the backyard fence had missing boards and while we didn't have an issue, it did give us pause for the kids. We were happy with the house and feel that it's a good option for families or couples. Convenient for McDonald's."

"We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Started off with no hot water which ended up being a faucet installed wrong by plumber and owner did show up and diagnose. We knew the property manager was staying on the property as it is listed, but what we didnt expect is the constant traffic of workers going up and down the driveway. We did complain and it was adressed but buyer beware the garage behind the house is storage for all equipment for all rental properties and there will be traffic. We were blocked in twice. Will more than likely not ever stay at a property with someone so close to the house. It just was creepy. Also, a ring camera is installed on the back door the owner or whoever is montering has all access to look in the partially fenced backyard. Also failed to say it is a partially fenced backyard as there is an opening in the fence on the side of the house to the front yard where animals can wonder. All in all the property is well furnished and updated. Beds were very comfortable. It is also a very clean property and if you dont mind all that mentioned above then this is a good property for you, just not our cup of tea. The owner is VERY VERY responsive by the way so we give him props."

"Beautiful property. Looks brand new inside. Perfect furniture arrangement for or group of 6 of different ages. Will work great for a large group. The way the furniture is placed works well. It was nice having the hot tub in the backyard and we loved that it was pet friendly."

"Our family of four stayed here for five nights while visiting family and friends, and it was a fantastic home base! After long days running around the city, we loved coming back to plenty of space to spread out and recharge in our own rooms. My son set up his Xbox in the living room and had a blast playing on the big screen.Though we didn’t pick this place for the hot tub (which is cleaned daily), we ended up using it almost every night—it was such a fun bonus! The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and as someone who walks with our Schnauzer at least an hour daily, I really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and the Bayfront.It always takes a little time to get used to a new layout with the assorted idiosyncrasies, but overall, this was a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and no complaints!"

"The combination of these two houses was a perfect set up for our family gathering for the weekend. The hosts were very responsive getting us checked in and to any minor issues we had. Highly recommend this property for family reunions or large get togethers. "
