Great for the price!

The Catalina is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest between heading to the beach. Beds are clean and comfortable. It needs updating but for the price I can easily overlook it. We had two rooms and one had an overwhelming smoke smell, the other was a bit more updated and better.

MEH old motel!!!!

Unrenovated 1950 single level motor hotel. The motel is in a good location and is quiet, but it needs renovation.

Owners were super friendly and sweet. We had our boat so they put us at the far end so we had more room for parking. Its an older outdated place, but over all it was clean and the beds and pillows were cleand and comfortable. If your out an about with things planned and really just need a place to sleep a few hours and shower, this is the place! We will definitely comeback!

The staff is very helpful and not to mention friendly. The rooms were clean, after a long drive all I wanted was the rest and I hadn’t realized check in was till 4 pm the lady was nice enough to check me in a bit earlier … I will come back !!!!!

General property needs to be updated, looks a little slumish. Room did not have any closets or any area for hanging clothes. No TV in bedroom area. Bathroom was nice & clean.

Terrible, shabby looking place. I saw cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The sheets were clean and it was quiet at night so that was a plus. The motel didn't even ask for a copy of my ID which all places do...made it feel shady. They don't let you in the office. Just talk to you through the bars. Please don't visit this place.

What I liked is every time I come I like cause it's quite peaceful ground floor . The price is good . Close to fishing and other places . What I didn't like this time was the TV went out the first night the person came to fix it then it went out after 10 minutes . Went back to say hey tv out again . They said they wouldn't fix it till next day so that whole night was boring without tv. Went to sleep early .they did come the next morning but it was to fix it but . . But I will come and stay here again. TV going out won't stop me coming back to this place .

It was nice and quiet easy access . Sufficient supplies and toiletries. Clean room and comfortable room . The check in lady was nice good hospitality . Will continue to come back to this location when in the area
