"The listing said this unit had heat. When we arrived on Friday evening the heat would not work. We contacted the host and were told nothing could be done for the heater until Monday. Host agreed to bring a space heater on Saturday. It did not work either. Finally at around 5 pm on Saturday a working space was delivery. The unit was still cold. The bottom sheet on the bed was the wrong size or depth and we ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. I went out and bought a set of sheets! "The place is lovely change from the chaotic hotel/motel scenario. Everything was smooth. I originally ordered a fridge, but decline because of the up charge. When i registered us in I explained my son is Autistic and I didn’t want to leave him alone to long in the car; I ran back to my car, to let him know what I was doing( while I was gone the Front Desk lady told me she’s having the fridge in its way to my room; she said because it was for medical reasons I didn’t have pay the up charge. I was grateful for understanding my needs. "
