The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway.
The ranch studio apartment includes two twin beds, a full bath, and half kitchen. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval from the on-site manager. No pets are to be left unattended. There is a pet fee $25 per night (that will be collected upon arrival). We offer a 12x12 dog kennel.
Gardeners come early TUESDAY MORNINGS We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The location was perfect for my stay and conveniently just 5 minutes down the road from where my niece was getting married. I was a little confused when I first arrived and didn't know exactly where to go for my rental, as there are a few different rental units. The host quickly responded to my inquiry for clarification on where to go. The beds were very comfortable which made for a great night's sleep.

room was exactly as pictured. Room was quite cold until a couple hours in until the small space heater started to make a change. Hard to navigate where the unit is in the winter since it is dark by 5pm. Needs a more descriptive check in instructions for the sake of checking in when it is night time. Friendly farm cats that greeted me upon arrival. peaceful in the daytime.

The studio apartment at Barlocker’s Ranch was perfect for our quick visit to Salinas. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed walking our dog around the property. Samantha, the host who we met upon arrival, was incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. All communication with the hosts was clear with quick responses. We hope to return in the near future.
