"Beautiful location, nice off-the-beaten-path kinda place. If stairs are a problem for you this may not work, especially with heavy luggage as there are 6-8 stairs to get inside with all your stuff. But the place is gorgeous, photos do not really do it justice, the views, the perfectly appointed kitchen ALL were better than expected. We will be going back!"

Everything we needed was provided, from the fully stocked kitchen essentials to everyday necessities, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The peaceful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect getaway for us. The hosts were responsive and available whenever we had questions, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the property. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and memorable place to stay on Seabrook Island."

"Had a great stay at this newly renovated condo. Love the community. Everything around including pool closes at 8pm. That would have been the only drawn back for those who like to swim in the evening. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Fantastic host family."

"We had a lovely time at Seabrook Island. The villa was clean, overlooking the marshes, which was nice. The furniture is typical beach house, but the mattress in the second bedroom is worn out. The walls are paper thin. We could clearly hear the neighbors in the adjacent unit, and if one person was awake in the villa, everyone was awake. The kitchen and bathrooms definitely need an update, and the kitchen is not stocked well with silverware, glasses and plates. My daughter and I couldn't open or close the sliding glass door to the patio, it required a lot of muscle. The big problem is the AC. The bedrooms are on the first floor, and well air conditioned. However, the only thermostat is on that level. When you go upstairs to the kitchen and living room the temperature is at least 5 degrees higher making it quite warm (it wasn't even very hot when we were there). The price was reasonable, but remember...you cannot buy a beach club amenities pass . That was not clear to me, but I pleaded with the amenities office, and they did agree to sell me one. Beautiful place to visit, the unit is basic, and clean."

"Well-located property right across from the beach and the beach club. Clean and good beds. It was outfitted fine, though no coffee or laundry detergent. We have stayed in several of the Atrium Villas and please note that the ones on the top floor are lovely but BRIGHT in the mornings. (The "atrium" part). Take sleep masks if you want to sleep in. Very communicative and responsive hosts."

"This South Carolina Creek Watch villa was everything we hoped for and more. The view was absolutely perfect—overlooking the peaceful marsh with stunning glimpses of nature in every direction. Mornings were filled with the sounds of coastal birds, and evenings brought relaxing sunsets that made it hard to leave the porch. The villa itself was beautifully decorated with charming beach-inspired touches that created the ultimate coastal getaway atmosphere. Every room felt comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to help guests relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable, we want them at our own homes. After exploring both Charleston and Savannah, this was the perfect retreat. The serene marsh setting offered a quiet escape from the crowds while still keeping us close to all the beauty of the Lowcountry. We loved walking along the beach, searching for shells, enjoying the ocean breeze, and taking in the incredible wildlife and natural scenery. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic coastal escape with gorgeous views, beautiful beach décor, and easy access to some of the South's most charming cities, this villa is truly a hidden gem. We can't wait to return."
