"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "

I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary. I did not feel safe with the fighting and not being able to get hold of the front desk in a timely manner. I dont think I will stay here again. "

"The room was small and clean. My room didn't have a refrigerator and only a tiny closet for my clothes and belongings. The breakfast bagels were extremely fresh although there is a small wait to toast your bagels. It is easy and effective maintaining a comfortable room temperature. Be aware, there is a $30US "destination fee" that wasn't included in the booking. It was a substantial addition such that if I knew of it beforehand I would have booked a stay in a similarly priced hotel mid-town. That fee I was told covered wifi(!), breakfast, and an all you can drink wine bar that had zero attraction for me because of this fee I wouldn't stay there again."
