"Absolutely fantastic lodging experience at the incredible, historic Queen’s Court! Love this place in precious and perfect St. Simon’s Island, GA! Cannot recommend enough!"

"The condo was perfect: whisper quiet inside, squeaky clean, comfortable furniture, and a cooks' kitchen with good quality cookware (no scratched and ancient nonstick cookware!), and lovely dishes. The balcony also had good quality and comfortable furniture. We ate every meal "al fresco" and enjoyed sangria while watching shipping vessels and listening to the sound of the waves. The location of the unit within the building can't be beat: it's a corner unit on the top floor on the East side of the building. From the living room you have views of the water to the South and tree tops to the East. The walk to the village is very short. Lilmar Properties (the management company) was top notch; I had a question at the time of making the reservation and a live person answered the phone (!) and was friendly and professional. During our stay, I texted them and heard back immediately. We would stay again in a heartbeat should we find ourselves back on SSI."

"We’ve rented at least 7 different beach houses in St. Simons over the years, and this one is hands-down our favorite. Newly renovated, gorgeously decorated, equipped with everything you could want, and perfect location on the water with views of Jekyll and a short walk from the pier village. The pool is so close to the ocean that you feel like you’re sitting on the beach. The kitchen is ideal for those who like to cook, with brand new, high-end appliances. It’s a dream beach house for any size group!"

"We had a great stay here and loved the location—about a 15-minute walk to downtown even with kids. The pool was fantastic, and the owners have an incredible stash of kids’ toys (truly the best we’ve seen in a rental). Just a heads-up on the layout: there are really only three bedrooms suited for adult couples; two additional rooms are bunk rooms for kids, and there’s a small room off the dining area with a single pullout loveseat that works for one person. The kitchen was fairly stocked for basic cooking, though the oven knob is broken to the right and the bottom-left burner seems to be only high or off. Also note that only the master has a TV, and the sliding glass door to the pool is quite hard to open and close. Overall, we were very pleased—this is a great setup for three couples with lots of kids!"
