"We had the best time away at the Sassy Peach! Location was great, as we were able to walk just about everywhere! There was enough space to room 9 of us very comfortably. The house itself has lots of charm and it is incredibly stocked with anything you might forget!Our only “complaint” was that the pool was very dirty and it seemed like the heater wasn’t working. But, to be fair, it was too cold most days for us to be poolside. When we reached out to the owners about it, they responded almost immediately and explained that their pool person would be there the next day. It didn’t appear that the pool company came, so we didn’t get to swim, but we were happy soaking in the sun on the beautiful deck!We loved staying here and hope to return someday!"

"The King and Prince Resort has a beautiful setting and in many ways is quite charming, especially the swimming pool area and the beach views. There just seems to be a lack of attention to detail with the property, such as black mold around the bathroom sink and dirt in corners. This may be picky, but when there is a sign in the room that bottled water will be replenished daily and it isn't, it was just another sign that the staff isn't paying attention."

"Cute, clean cottage in a great location. Very walkable to the pier and village shops/restaurants. There was quite a bit of noise at night since there is a restaurant right behind it."

"Ocean Inn and Suites in St. Simon’s is a great place to stay. It’s clean, quiet, comfy beds and pillows. Room is large. It’s in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shops, pier, beach. It is going thru a major renovation now however our stay was fine. They don’t serve much for breakfast but the muffins are the best I’ve ever eaten. Parking is tight however you can park out on street. "

"Elegant, high end and spotless (perhaps too much so for our rambunctious preschoolers. I was always worried they’d spill something on the very white sofa). But the view was exceptional, the pool perfect for us and every possible amenity was anticipated. Those gargantuan cargo ships passing by made us all drop our jaws in unison many times. Sure, it was pricey, but a welcome splurge for our family of 11"

"This condo was super clean and quiet. We did not hear any neighbor noise. It was conveniently located so we could walk to everything around the pier. Highly recommended "

"Beautiful, updated home stocked with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Central location made walking to pier with all its shops & restaurants easy. It was a short drive to public beach. Host went above & beyond too. He confirmed appliances before we arrived. Without us asking, he messaged us to let us know that property would be ready early. We also arrived to the craft ice machine already started. These little things were appreciated. House was perfect for our group of 2 families, with 4 adults & 6 kids. We’ll be back!"
