"Beautiful location, new back deck overlooking the ocean was a real highlight. Soft items like the living room couch and chair and the mattresses could use a refresh. The cottage has a nice kitchen, a new grill and a washer dryer for convenience. It’s a quiet spot with only houses on this beach. It is a rocky beach so bring your beach shoes, but waking to beautiful sunrises every day is amazing. Overall a great relaxing getaway. "

"We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were also amazed at how well-stocked the house is for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier.Our host went above and beyond—so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Each evening, we gathered around the fire pit on the beach, making memories that we know will last a lifetime. If you are looking to be in a quiet location with your family and avoid the cape bridge traffic - this is your place! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.
