Eagle Bay - Waterfront w/ sauna, hot tub and boat slip
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay. The house is very comfortable and cosy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the sauna was worth the effort to heat. The view, quiet, and gorgeous envoronment was just what we needed."
"Great stay ! House has all what is listed Amazing communication with Bryan ! Winter brings a different view everyday !!Fireplace makes the stay even more magical "
"Good morning! We had a very pleasant weekend with some hiccups.
The retreat was just what we needed. WE are a family that enjoys quiet, access to the water, kayaking and sitting around the outside fire in the evening, gazing at the stars.
I suggest bed side lamps. the screen door was loose on the door leading from the kitchen to the deck, i had to buy tea light candles to light the steps going up to the entry door.. I was surprised to see the bedroom adjacent to the games room. It was listed an an upstairs bedroom, needs heat in there for sure.
We made excellent use of the kitchen for our meals, pantry space was very adequate. Do supply a potato masher for the potatoes.
Dishwashwe washer was so nice to be able to use. Feeding ten people three times a day was a treat for easy dish and cutlery washing.
Nice to have lots of pans.
The gift was very much welcoming and appreciated.
We were a ble to warm up two of the bedrooms, had to heat the kitchen with the stove oven in the morning to ease the morning chill/.
Other then that we enjoyed it. Extra seating in the living room area is needed. I notice in the picture the sofa in the games room was pictured being in the upstairs living room. We certainly enjoyed the deck adjacent to the kitchen for extra seating.
God willing we will be back.
Thank you so much!
We certainly mwill try and be back next Octoberg"
Largest Luxury Beachfront Cottage with Hot Tub in Tobermory!
10/10 Excellent
"This property is exactly as advertised…spacious, very clean, above average well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and living area. Spent Thanksgiving weekend with family plus dogs packed with beach walking, hiking (your first stop should be the Bruce Park Visitors Centre..loads of great info as does the Singing Sands Beach centre directly next door to the property). Excellent location…awesome beach…spectacular sunsets, sunrises, stargazing. The Bruce Peninsula is an Ontario jewel with so much to do here..this is a perfect place to use as a base to explore the area. The host is responsive and attentive. It was a great pleasure staying at this lovely upscale cottage."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage—the location is fantastic and the property itself has so much charm. It definitely has the true cottage feel, meaning not everything is “perfect,” but that’s part of its character. For example, we noticed some cobwebs, the lighting could be better, and there was a bit of clutter around the back. None of this took away from our experience, and it felt in line with the price point and what you’d expect from a genuine cottage stay. If you’re looking for an authentic getaway in a beautiful spot and aren’t expecting everything to be magazine-perfect, this is a wonderful choice."
"The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. Also enjoyed a gorgeous sunset or two. Place was very well equipped with everything you need. Will definitely recommend to others and hope to come back one day. "
