"Check-in staff gave me no information. I had to ask everything. He was smacking gum the whole time which was very annoying. When I got to my room there was no ice bucket so I had to walk back to the office to ask for one. The guy didn’t even try to find me a bucket. He just said they were low on ice buckets and handed me a little bag to put ice in. The breakfast was nonexistent. I got there for breakfast at 7:30am and everything was gone. There was dry cereal but there was no milk. No coffee, no juice. There was one slice of bread and there were three apples that were all rotten! The serving area was very dirty with crumbs, etc…If breakfast hours are 6-8am then there should be a staff member who refills coffee and other foods that run out during that time, as well as keep the area tidy and wiped off. The hotel grounds were unkept with high weeds all over the courtyard. This seemed to be a run-down, poorly run hotel. "

"The staff was exceptionally nice, but the property itself is in dire need of updating. The room was also not clean - we had a blanket on the floor, which picked up an awful stench from the rug. The TV was also very old and small and had a terrible picture."

"Our go to hotel when in the area. Always a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, nice breakfast, close to stores and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly!"

"Room was clean..no more individual bottles of shampoo or conditioner. And no more bars of soap. All in dispensers in shower. Under table near bed is a motion detector light so every time someone moves off of bed light goes on. This might be great for some but wakes up others in room. Beds were firm and room looked new."
