"The staff was nice BUT we had some meds taken and our room was jot cleaned or bed made day 2 even after request for cleaning. We could hear stomping upstairs and we had 2 wake up calls between 4:20-5am so not full night sleep."

"This hotel didn't really have a "personality" - even though it is a Best Western. Everything, including the breakfast, was very generic. The desk clerk didn't smile or offer any friendly tips. The bed was not very comfortable, and anyone like me who has neck or shoulder problems should be aware that the pillows are enormous. It was impossible to get comfortable. I ended up discarding the pillows and using some folded-up clothes instead of a pillow in order to get any sleep. Also, bad news, there was no hair dryer in the room - I didn't discover that until I had showered and washed my hair."

"The hotel and staff were very nice. Unfortunately room furnishings were disappointing at best. First the mattress was far beyond its useful life. As for the bedding I’d be embarrassed to even use the blanket and bedspread in that room for guests. The burn holes and stains were disgusting. The furniture was poorly placed and chosen. Frankly it looked like it came from an auction of used college dorm fixtures. Again the property and people were great. This hotel deserves better contents for its guests "

"The hot tub and laundry were closed for repair. I had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. The carpets were old, worn and stained. The actual room was ok. It was apparent they were trying to make it look better with taking some short cuts. Caulking in the bathroom was new, but it was obvious they simply covered over the old dirty grout instead of cleaning it. The front desk was friendly, but no professional ism. Family run outfit? Dad waits on us, but says he doesn't know how to use the computer, while a young daughter is asking where mom is. Husband tells us wife is in the bathroom! TMI. She comes out sporting a grubby hoodie. For $121 for 1 night I expected a little more. I would not stay here again."
