Check in staff person was polite and friendly. We were traveling from out of state and arrived 15 minutes early and she was able to find us a different room so we could check in rather than waiting around. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel is clean and my room was very comfortable. Not a fancy hotel but very nice. I slept so well in my bed. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of foods to eat. I received text messages during my stay from staff checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in need of anything. This is a dog friendly hotel and we were able to take our beloved fur baby with us on our trip because Hampton Inn accomodates dogs! I was very pleased with my stay and always look for Hampton Inn and Suites whenever I travel! I recommend this hotel as well as the company who really seems to care about customer service and their patrons!
