"There was an issue with the sink that despite them saying they fixed it, it kept clogging up. The AC thermostat unit was also difficult to use as it would either get very cold or stuffy and hot. However the front desk people were nice as they assisted us with getting a hot water kettle."

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff at check-in were lovely, and also the waitress at the restaurant. Make sure to try the seafood chowder, excellent! Lovely location on a lake where they have weddings. Walking distance to other restaurants as well. Loved the self parking by my room, made it very convenient. I would stay there again."

"A great affordable alternative to staying in downtown Halifax. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was well maintained, a good size and a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was outstanding, with so many well prepared food choices. Internet worked well and there was plenty of free parking in the lot. Would definitely recommend!"
