If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some...

"Wonderful stay in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and beautiful piazzas that make the town so special. The hotel was charming, impeccably clean, and blended perfectly with the historic character of the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect base for exploring Ragusa Ibla. We would happily stay here again on a future visit."
