The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits."

"After a long day shopping you need to relax a while in your room, but all TV channels are in German which is fair enough but with German subtitles as well, you have to cater for what seemed like a 80% occupancy by English customers."
