"I went for a higher level of room and it was fantastic 101 Very modern and to a high standard. Ac worked really well. The food was very good here and the bar staff amazing!! Ive stayed in Germany many times and this is the best hotel ive been too. The bar area and restaurant are dated, i assume how modern my room is, the hotel is having a revamp."

"We had check-in issues and sat waiting for 30 minutes in the sun, locked out. Online check in did not work. We had to email them once and call twice to finally get our keys. There is no A/C in the rooms and it is on a noisy street. The front of the hotel was covered in giant spiders and mosquitoes attacked me all night. Not my best stay of late. Won’t be back…"

"Rual setting walking distance to old city great staff exceptional food and additional pub. Good for relaxing base with spacious rooms. Couldnt find a more helpful staff at any hotel. And i stay at the # 1,3,4 and 5 intne world and thos staff beates them all"
