"We have one recommendation and that is to have the windows in the room open maybe not completely but enough to air the room but apart from that our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful check in was so easy with the self check, rooms clean and the location was great with everything you need within a15 minute walk. Definitely recommend anyone to stay and will stay again if visiting Zaandam"

"Lovely stay just outside central Amsterdam, very accessible by public transport. Felt safer and cleaner than being more central, would definitely recommend for family stays! Staff were all lovely and lots of travelling tip resources all around the hotel. Rooms aren’t entirely soundproof but guests are respectful of quiet hours so this wasn’t a problem. "

"We booked this hotel for the proximity to the Felison Cruise terminal. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Easy check in, spacious and clean room, great view, mini fridge worked, kettled worked, safe worked, separate room for toilet and one for the shower. We didn’t use the gym and the sauna room was locked. We assume it was not working. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for dinner one night. The meals were very good and not overpriced. Service was excellent but a little slow at first. The staff were all great and spoke English very well. There are several restaurants located within steps of the hotel plus a little corner store that sold drinks, snacks, yogurt, hummus, cheeses, some baked goods, etc. There was enough there for us to have a quasi supper the night we arrived. We also bought fruit, etc there for breakfast before walking over to the cruise port. The beach was also two minutes away and went on for miles. We will definitely stay here again if a future cruise leaves from IJmuiden."

"Although this hotel is outside the city, we appreciated the quietness. It does take about 40 minutes to get into the city but the bus stop is close atleast and passes quite often. "
