"Honestly perfect! You get exactly what is advertised and then some--everything has been thought of inside this cozy loft (the coffee was clutch, I'd forgotten to bring any!!)I loved waking up to Teach the rooster and taking out my compost to feed Chadde. The walk to Little Pond was beautiful and it was so nice to be able to take the canoe for a morning paddle. Even though it was cold enough to snow, the heater in loft kept it warm--I didn't even need it at night. Will definitely be back!"

"This was the cleanest, fully equipped cabin we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot! The water pressure was great, bed was super comfy and it’s not far at all from things to do! We didn’t need anything but if you do, Susan would answer a message so fast! We loved everything about our stay! "

The inside is impeccably clean and there are so many added touches that make this place so special. There are three kayaks, multiple fishing rods, and tons of puzzles and outdoor games. One of the neighbors offers boat rides too! We enjoyed hiking nearby at Schoodic Mountain and finding starfish at Tidal Falls Preserve. Bar Harbor is an hour away and the public beach access is right next to the house but we were well aware of that. We thought people were very respectful, and it was super quiet by the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again! "
