"I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. "Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday.
Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there.
Rooms are not soundproof.Conversations from adjoining chalet can be heard.
There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night.
Altho security did respond when called the noise carried on.Fortunately thay left next day.

"Manager and all staff very welcoming and friendly, made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Outside yards very pretty and really thankful the manager for taking us up to the top of the rock for a magnificent voew."
