Great hotel option, loved the location being a 5 minute walk to the bus station, Interlaken West Train Station and restaurants. Such a clean and organized hotel, we'd definitely stay here again. Fantastic AC too which is rare in Europe!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were above standard, with a great selection of healthy and nutritious options. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, we really enjoyed the included boat cruise to downtown Lucerne, it was an amazing experience! Yes, the hotel is expensive, but considering the high-quality breakfast and the beautiful boat ride directly to the center of Lucerne, it was definitely well worth the money.
