It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"The owners were suuuppppper nice, had tips for us, always responding and helpful. The place is in gorgeous quiet area. You cannot walk from there anywhere, you need your transportation. Es lief von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute alles reibungslos ab und hat deshalb entsprechend sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Als Tipp, allerdings nur mit dem Auto in Rodewisch zu erreichen: das Restaurant "Troll Schänke" mit norwegischer und vogtländischer Küche. "Top Aufenthalt hier am WE. Die direkte Absprache mit Tanya hat super geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Klasse Kaffee! Einzig, die weiche Matratze im Doppelbett war nicht so mein Fall. Dafür hat sich unsere Tochter über die hergerichtete Schlafcouch sehr gefreut. Parkplatz vor dem Haus auch kein Problem.
