"Room smelled like there had been a dog there. Laundry facilities were broken and they ordered the wrong machines so we had to walk to the laundromat. Shower door hung badly causing flooded bathroom floor every time we showered. Kind of far from downtown but had great transportation nearby and 2 grocery stores within walking distance."

"Nice place right by all the major attractions in the area. The entrance is the same as the secret bar but once we found it, it was easy to find afterwards. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed it. Only thing we didn't know was you need your room key to be into the slot in the wall to have anything like lights turned on. 12pm check out was also nice so we weren't rushed to get out. Would stay here again if we were in the area again!"

"If you are driving, it is a very good idea to get clear instructions from the hotel before arriving, as Google Maps and Apple Maps were quite confusing and you can spend long time searching in the area. The hotel is right near the old town, but the street itself was a bit dirty, no fault of the hotel. The staff was very helpful, the room very comfortable and the breakfast absolutely outstanding! The best we have had in Germany. Very well served too, in beautiful and elegant china in an elegant dining room."

"This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay."
