"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. "We rented the apartment at the top of the building and it was simply amazing. The elevator goes directly to the apartment on the 5th floor where there are no other rooms or apartments. The space is large and everything is very well equipped. Very good stay. The only problem is that it is 30 minutes from the lake so you need a car but we had a car. I also wish the parking was free. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect."
