"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der pittoresken Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war relativ klein aber mit allem was ich brauchte ausgestattet. Das nächste mal würde ich mir ein Zimmer nach hinten wünschen, da es von vorne relativ laut war."

"Die Lage ist grundsätzlich schön und die Anlage sauber, allerdings waren mehrere Möbelstücke deutlich abgenutzt und damit nicht mehr wirklich einladend. Zwar war der Service aufmerksam und das Essen gut, doch insgesamt wurde der Aufenthalt stark durch gesperrte Wanderwege wegen Holzfällarbeiten sowie den nicht nutzbaren Teich aufgrund von Bauarbeiten beeinträchtigt. Der damit verbundene Baulärm hat die Erholung zusätzlich gestört."

"A very peaceful place to stay, in a valley village outside Herzberg. Room was very comfortable. The only gripe was that on "Hotels.com" it was described (in FAQ) as having an onsite restuarant, but it turned out that this was no longer the case. The optional breakfast was good though, served in the rooms, on a tray."
