"I had a lovely room, overlooking the sea. I had booked a land view (cheaper), they tried to upgrade me at reception - I said no - but ended up with a view anyway... result. The room is well maintained, but no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The bed was incredibly soft - but actually not too ..."

Then when I left my mobile phone with them they refused to send it on to an address in the Netherlands unless I paid the shipping, given how let down we were having been left to sleep in the cold ..."
