"I don't like the "reception free" concept. Once I arrived, I had to call the receptionist and it took some time to have my room key ready."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect- a peaceful spot right on the beach but also close to the bus/ tram station for quick access to downtown. The family room was perfect for our family of four. The staff was helpful and kind and the hotel and room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was impeccable offering espresso, cappuccino, etc and a variety of fruit, meats, sweets. We would love to come back! "
