"Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel. Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good. "

"First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully."

"Hotel is very beautifully location with sight to the village mountains and the room we stayed was spacious and clean. We arrived rather late so it was bit hard to be sure where to park, but did finally checked in and parked car. Nice breakfast and the manager lady and front desk was frie3dly and professional, we had great time at Triberg to buy those clocks and stuff for friends at home...... if we go tehr again, we will stay this hotel again."
