The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the oven and hob worked well. "Great location, close enough to walk from the train. We stayed in one of the canal rooms which was fun and novel. The only downside is being away from the main hotel, I think these rooms get a bit forgotten and are becoming a bit run down. In the description it mentioned a sitting area outside which would have been great since we were there during a heatwave but there was nothing. Inside the rooms was a chaise lounge which was comfortable for 1 person but no chair for the second person, the mini fridge didn't work, the air-conditioner hose was laying on the floor and it looked like it needed to be set up in a window so we didn't use it and thankfully it cooled down in the evenings, there were splatters on the walls and lots of dust bunnies under the bed. The bed was comfortable and the staff were super helpful and came to our room to help with Wi-Fi and bring an extra pillow (why do Dutch hotels only provide one each!?). People have mentioned noise to be an issue, we could definitely hear the church bells ringing every 15 minutes all night and day but with ear plugs we were able to tune it out at night and the same for the cars driving overhead. The idea of the room was great but overall we found to be lacking in cleanliness and amenities. The city on the other hand exceeded our expectations."

"Not only was the room wonderful & the staff friendly & helpful, but the pool, steam room, sauna, breakfast room & coffee/fruit available all day was such a plus! We were already doing too much to try the bowling alley… but we will in the future! We also liked how eco friendly the entire hotel was! We highly recommend staying here! It was a short walk to the bus & a very short Uber ride if you need it!"

"A clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean well proportioned. Good shower. Location is about 1 mile from the Erasmus Bridge - easily accessible with the metro. Restaurant is European. Good food and good quality. Note if you pay with a card there will be a % added which is a bit annoying. Overall pleased with my stay."

"The room was very clean and modern. Quite spacious with a small refrigerator. Breakfast was very good with some hot and cold selections. The main negative issue was the fact that you have to park at the mall next door. The nearest lot is P4. I parked in P5. I thought the under ground lots would all be connected. They are not. This meant we had to move all our suitcases and other things through the mall. And one critical elevator up from the garage wasn't working so we had to use the escalator. There's no loading zone in front of the hotel either."
